Frank Noonan
Frank has over 30 years of international experience in the UK, Europe, Australia and his native Ireland. He has an outstanding track record of results in the fields of project management, leadership development, coaching and consulting.
He has worked with some of the world’s leading brands and government clients and has worked hard to consistently exceed those clients’ expectations and deliver first-class project and commercial outcomes.
Prior to moving to Australia, he had a highly successful career at Deutsche Bank, managing major financial systems projects, before leaving to become Managing Director of a management consultancy firm in Ireland specialising in SAP implementations and outsourced services.
Following this, he set up his own business in London where his clients included Allied Irish Bank, Polo Ralph Lauren, Skype and Ricoh Electronics. He sold the business in 2007 to move to Melbourne.
Since then, Frank has provided consulting, facilitation and professional development services to many clients including Telstra, Coles, AGL, Carlisle Homes, Food Bank, Australia Post and NAB.
He is an industry consultant with Swinburne University specializing in developing and facilitating project management programs and a principal consultant with LTA People specializing in leadership development programs.
Frank’s breadth and depth of business and project experience allow him to relate to a very wide audience and to communicate in an empathetic and knowledgeable way. He is known for his warmth, enthusiasm, energy and sense of humour.
