David Hallett
David has a background in architecture and a career spanning the breadth of the built environment including appointment to the Architects Registration Board of Victoria and the Building Practitioners Board.
Since joining the IPWEA Victoria in 2015 he has developed a diverse range of professional development programs and raised the profile of the Division amongst a growing network of state and local government stakeholders, consultants, contractors and industry associations. David has engaged extensively with Consumer Affairs Victoria throughout the development and implementation of the Professional Engineers Registration Act 2019 and established services to support the transition of civil engineers and their employers to a regulated profession.
