Norbert Michel
Norbert is the founding director of Michel Consulting & Enterprises and is an experienced senior executive and technical project director within the road infrastructure industry. Norbert is considered a national and international expert in pavement asset management systems, pavement data collection, sustainable network funding requirements and undertaking and effectively managing software development projects. He is a registered professional civil engineer (VIC) with over 25 years’ of experience and has been involved in delivering a range of projects to state and local government organisations across Australia.
